A busy day on the beach and meeting new friends has left the Biffster feeling a little taxed. And who could blame him. It is, after all, a Sunday.
Biff is a great role model. He's all about 'go for it' and gets some exercise at the same time. I need a bit of both, so for a change - Biff might lead the way and I might follow.
(Just don't tell him ;)

Biff is a Boston Terrier who lives in Kommetjie, Western Cape, South Africa, with his gal-pal Olly.
He likes: Long walks on the beach, sleeping in the sun, snoring, biltong and farting. (The previous two items are probably mutually exclusive).
He dislikes rain, lizards (skinks!) and any form of cleaning implement. Public Enemy number 1: The Broom.
For those who think Olly rocks, she loves: Smelly socks, especially ones from Paul Smith. She has grown enough that I can tell you now she loves back scratches and any toy that Biff covets.
She still Hates: Anyone who does not adhere to the adage: "Let Sleeping Dogs Lie". And she will respond to the words: "WHAT I GOT?" immediately. She will never not look a gift horse in the face. She will lick it and ask, "what's next?".
